  Very disorganised. Had to chase them regarding position that they contacted me for.
  Misleading information throughout process.
  
  The last straw was receiving a voice mail stating that I had been successful in obtaining the role, called back to find that Jane had the wrong information and that I never got the role.
  
  I never had a bad word to say about this recruitment agency before this but now I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them.
